BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Energy Assessment Method)

“BREEAM is the world’s most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. It sets the standards for best practice in sustainable development and demonstrates a level of achievement. It has become the vocabulary used to describe a building’s environmental performance.”

The Practice recognises the importance of the scheme for both domestic and commercial sectors, and we already have a BREEAM registered assessor within the staff.

To date we have offered guidance on the system and carried out a number of pre-assessment guides to assist our clients through the process of obtaining BREEAM ratings for their buildings.

The company also has a sound working knowledge of the latest Code for Sustainable Homes and we work with local providers to deliver guidance and certification under this scheme.
