New Units at Treleigh, Redruth, Cornwall

Situated on the outskirts of Redruth within Treleigh, the site is approximately 2.17 acres in area and is located in a belt of land highlighted as development land.

The proposed units will be industrial units comprising office areas, toilets and canteen with the remaining areas being industrial space. Constructed on behalf of Priority Sites Ltd the units will consist of four units in two semi-detached buildings. Units 5 and 6 will be occupied by a single end user and doors will be provided in the dividing wall. Unit 5 will incorporate a main office area on two floors. Similarly it is anticipated that Units 7 and 8 will be occupied by a single end user, the dividing wall will be omitted and the office accommodation will be on two floors in Unit 7. Care has been taken in the design of each unit to ensure easy access from disabled parking spaces into the main entrance of each building. .
