Pearn & Procter shortlisted for the Homes and Communities Academy Awards

A recently completed affordable housing development in North Cornwall has been shortlisted for the Homes and Communities Agency "Rural Project of the Year". Completed in May this year, the 22 local needs housing development received such fantastic feedback from the local community that the developer, Sanctuary Housing Association, decided to enter the project in the awards.

The winning design will not only be judged on design quality but its impact on the rural community as a whole, demonstrating methods and practices that overcome the barriers to providing rural affordable housing to provide a sustainable future. Pearn & Procter will join the development team, Sanctuary Housing Association and Leadbitters, for the awards ceremony later this year. Fingers crossed!
