Business Units for English Estates, Bickland Water Road, Falmouth, Cornwall

Following the successful development of 3 units at Bickland Water Road Business Park, Pearn & Procter were asked to complete a feasibility study for the remainder of the site and to incorporate proposals for roofwater recycling, renewable energy heating and cooling systems.

Part of the subsequent Phase 3 development became new Headquarters for Carillion plc.
